1.Deliver product assortment, profitability, and sales/GMV targets by leading the business segment based on customer needs and identifying opportunities for Dine-in Vouchers business growth; 2.Possess in-depth knowledge of the e-commerce or offline F&B ecosystem, value proposition, and business proposal writing, with the ability to identify and map business strengths and customer needs; 3.Break down goals,formulate budget plans,and transform them into actionable and executable strategies; 4.Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies,seller/brand growth plans,and merchandise strategies for the local market,continuously evaluating and evolving them to meet business objectives; 5.Build and monitor operational indices, working closely with the data team to optimize data products, monitor the merchant ecosystem to discover high-potential merchants and explosive product opportunities, mitigate potential risks, and drive business growth through platform product optimization, merchant governance, and data analysis.

1、拥有5年以上的电商平台、咨询公司或互联网战略、行业或市场研究及商业分析经验，尤其是与电商、线下餐饮或配送相关的经验； 2、具备较强的分析能力、逻辑思维和问题解决能力，并对细节有较高关注； 3、具备全局思维，思路清晰、组织有序，并拥有项目管理经验（包括计划制定、根本原因分析、风险缓解及流程优化）； 4、适应能力强，学习迅速，积极上进，多面手选手，并在运营和商业领域有一定的接触； 5、英语流利，熟悉印尼语者优先； 6、能够定期及国际出差。

1.5+years of experience in ecommerce platform, consulting firm or internet strategy, industry or market research and business analytics with eCommerce, offline FnB or delivery relevant experience; 2.Strong analytic, logical and problem solving skills with good attention to detail; 3.Big picture thinking, structured, organized, and experienced in managing projects(planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation, and process optimization); 4.Adaptable, fast learner, highly motivated, and versatile player with some exposure in ops and commercial; 5.Fluent in English as a working language,Indonesian Bahasa is preferred; 6.Able to travel regularly and internationally.
