1、对搜索用户体验负责，在指导下搭建TikTok搜索的体验评测体系，量化体验问题，并输出有效的分析结论牵引提升用户留存； 2、协同策略和算法，结合用户研究和数据分析等手段，深入理解用户需求，定义优质内容和理想态搜索体验，驱动策略优化； 3、和下游运营团队合作推进体验评估标准的落地和执行，保障各类例行和摸底任务能够按时按质交付。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、统计学、数据科学、心理学等相关专业优先； 2、具备较强的用户同理心和数据分析能力，能够在指导下依据各种信息定义问题并推动解决； 3、逻辑清晰，沟通能力强，具备团队合作精神； 4、加分项：具备搜索/推荐/LLM/NLP/评测相关项目或实习经历。
