1、参与Android研发工具链建设，包括但不限于构建体系、超大型Android工程工具链效率优化； 2、参与Android新技术方向调研，包括但不限于新质Android编译工具链建设、超大型工程IDE建设； 3、参与前沿技术研究，重点、难点的技术攻坚。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、扎实的数据结构和算法基础，精通一门编程语言（例如Kotlin、TypeScript、Java、C++、Rust）或熟悉多门编程语言；对构建工具链、运行时环境或现代编辑器有了解者优先； 3、对新技术保持热情，对客户端架构技术有好奇心，具备良好的分析、解决问题的能力，对工程架构体系有自己的见解； 4、具有较强的学习能力和动手能力，良好的沟通能力和优秀的团队协作能力。

加分项： 1、良好的编程习惯，编码思路清晰； 2、有移动端开发经验； 3、热爱移动端开发，在工程技术上追求卓越。
