日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助识别、管理和支持日本市场具有直播潜力的商家，提供日常运营支持，帮助其提升直播表现及业务增长； 2、协助制作直播电商相关的培训及教育材料，开展基础培训，并向内部团队及商家介绍平台活动、运营策略及相关功能，提升直播质量和业务表现； 3、与跨职能团队密切合作，协调平台资源，推动商家直播业务增长及运营效率提升。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备良好的日语读写能力，能够使用书面日语开展日常工作； 3、能够适应多任务的工作环境，具备良好的学习能力和团队合作精神； 4、工作积极主动，责任心强，能够灵活应对快速变化的业务需求； 5、对直播、社交媒体及电商生态具有浓厚兴趣。

加分项 1、具备良好的问题解决能力和时间管理能力，可配合项目合理推进节奏高效完成工作； 2、具备一定的数据分析能力，能够运用数据发现问题并支持业务决策。
