1、LLM增长策略产品建设：围绕“策略企划—优惠设置—触点投放—归因评估”全链路，参与人工智能能力在增长策略场景中的产品设计与应用，提升高频运营任务的执行效率与产出质量，支持业务团队完成增长策略探索与调优； 2、营销实时算法决策探索：参与“用户×商品×场域”实时营销决策模型建设，探索多营销科目、多营销玩法下的统一决策方案，推动全球补贴体系向算法化、平台化方向升级； 3、全球营销玩法产品设计：参与TikTok Shop全球关键营销玩法的产品设计与迭代，验证不同营销玩法的增量价值，支持GMV与用户规模增长； 4、数据驱动的全周期产品工作：参与产品规划、需求分析、架构设计、方案交付等全周期产品工作，与运营、研发、设计、数据、算法等跨职能团队协作，推动产品上线、持续迭代与运营落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、统计学、经济学、管理学、市场营销等相关专业均可； 2、对电商与产品有热情，具备较强的用户同理心与逻辑思维，能够从用户真实诉求出发推进产品迭代与优化； 3、数据敏感度高，能够基于数据进行分析与决策，熟悉SQL、Python及基础数据分析方法者优先； 4、对人工智能与大模型方向有浓厚兴趣，关注LLM、Agent、推荐算法等技术进展，有相关产品或项目实践经历者优先； 5、具备较强的沟通表达与组织协调能力，能够适应复杂的跨职能、跨时区协作场景，英语可作为工作语言，有电商、广告、增长、营销等领域实习或项目经验，或具备LLM、Agent应用、推荐系统、AB实验设计、国际化留学经验、数据驱动增长相关实践者优先。
