日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、通过数据驱动治理，周度分析商品信息质量治理指标波动的驱动因素，并提出指标优化建议，提升治理策略有效性； 2、研判风险案例，基于用户声音洞察和购后数据分析，发现并总结每个案例中影响商品质量体验的关键问题，提升处罚准确度和治理效率； 3、处理商家申诉，从申诉工作流和申诉材料审核中，提炼商家痛点和挑战，反哺治理策略，在做好风险控制的同时，确保良好的业务体验； 4、优化商家产品体验，对商家中心商品发布、商品审核、商品优化、商品处罚等全链路产品进行可用性测试和体验评估，并提出改进方案。

1、本科及以上学历在读，数据分析、电子商务、商科相关专业； 2、具备优秀的数据分析能力，擅长通过波动的数据去合理的归因； 3、英语流利，可作为工作语言； 4、有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
