日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、基于数据、用户和商家声音，使用基本的工具（包括AI工具）产出基础仲裁数据分析； 2、基于制定好的仲裁策略，修改仲裁Workflow和policy doc，提升策略落地效率和速度； 3、根据既定的业务目标和指标，监控和跟踪指标异常，并追踪问题的闭环解决。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、掌握数据分析工具，具备基本的业务思考和逻辑思考能力； 3、逻辑思维与问题解决能力强，沟通协作出色，工作积极主动，责任心和风险意识高； 4、有智能/大模型运营或训练经验优先，对AI在电商服务的应用有热情，有创新精神； 5、了解电商平台规则，电商平台策略运营、服务体验运营相关经验优先。
