1、独立负责TikTok Shop日本市场的语言质量、语气风格（ToV）与端到端本地化交付； 2、作为日语本地化专家，为产品、设计及跨职能团队提供专业支持与决策建议； 3、通过LQA审核、真机/在场景测试、UX/内容评审等方式，全面把控产品语言质量； 4、建立并维护日语本地化规范、电商术语体系，以及iOS/Android/Web多端的CJK排版、截断与断行标准； 5、负责本地化流程与语言资产建设及供应商管理。

1、对日本市场文化有深入理解，具备流利的专业英语和日语沟通能力； 2、1年及以上本地化管理相关经验，其中至少2年语言管理/主译/单语种负责人经验； 3、熟悉CAT工具、翻译管理系统（TMS）与LQA方法体系； 4、有日语UI本地化实操经验，理解CJK排版、截断、移动端与Web断行规则等问题； 5、有AI/LLM在本地化场景的落地经验（如Prompt优化、输出评估、MTPE）； 6、具备优秀的跨团队协作能力，可独立推进项目并处理市场特定问题，适应跨时区沟通。
