日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、商城频道运营：协助日本商城频道的日常维护与基础运营，包括频道内容配置、商品组织、上线检查及运营问题跟进，保障频道稳定运行与用户体验； 2、秒杀活动运营：负责秒杀等营销活动的商家及商品招选、活动配置、提报审核和上线验收，按照活动规则审查商品资质、价格、库存及素材，及时识别并处理风险； 3、商品孵化运营：协助筛选有潜力的商品，跟踪商品从冷启动到成长阶段的表现，结合曝光、点击、转化、成交等指标，支持商品池更新和运营动作调整； 4、数据监控与分析：使用Excel、SQL等工具完成基础数据拉取、整理与分析，定期复盘频道、活动和商品表现，发现问题并提出可执行的迭代建议； 5、流程沉淀：整理活动配置、商品审核及商品孵化过程中的常见问题与有效做法，协助维护操作手册、复盘材料和团队知识库； 6、跨团队协作：与商家运营、行业运营、产品、数据等团队协作，跟进项目节点和问题解决，推动重点运营项目按计划落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、每周可稳定实习3天以上、可连续实习较长周期者优先，对电商或日本市场有浓厚兴趣，有电商平台、平台招商、活动运营、商品运营或数据分析相关实习经验者优先； 3、熟练使用Excel，包括数据透视表、VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP等常用功能，能够独立完成数据提取和基础分析； 4、细致负责，对商品信息、价格、库存、活动规则等细节敏感，能够处理重复性较高但准确性要求严格的运营工作； 5、具备结构化思考和问题分析能力，能从数据变化中发现异常、形成判断，并提出具体改进方案； 6、沟通协作与执行力强，能同时跟进多项任务，做好优先级管理并按时交付，具备良好的英语读写能力，能够在全球化团队中完成日常沟通，日语能力为加分项，不作硬性要求。
