1、负责TikTok电商推荐场景的用户体验产品运营工作，制定用户体验度量标准与审核机制，持续推动用户体验优化； 2、基于推荐场景下的产品策略与业务目标，制定清晰、可执行的标准作业流程（SOP），开展培训与对齐工作，协同本地运营团队完成体验策略评估与质量校准； 3、参与项目早期规划，联动产品、算法、策略、运营及本地业务团队，围绕用户购物链路中的关键体验问题，共同设计产品功能与体验优化方案； 4、关注产品功能、场景及重点体验指标的数据变化，能够通过数据分析发现异常、定位问题，并提出有依据的优化建议； 5、结合不同市场的用户行为、内容消费习惯与电商趋势，洞察目标用户需求，沉淀可复用的方法论与运营机制，推动体验方案持续迭代和业务价值提升。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、具备用户体验、内容质量、电商运营、产品运营、策略运营等相关实习经历者优先；英语可作为工作语言，能够适应全球化业务环境；对电商、内容平台或推荐产品有兴趣和理解，愿意持续学习不同市场的用户需求与业务模式； 3、逻辑清晰，具备结构化思考能力，乐于分析问题本质，能够在复杂信息中梳理关键矛盾，并推动问题解决； 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力和跨文化合作意识，能够与产品、研发、算法、运营及国际化本地团队高效配合，共同推进项目目标达成； 5、具备基础数据分析能力，能够通过数据波动进行合理归因并形成判断；熟练使用Excel，了解SQL、Python或其他数据分析工具者优先；关注AI在电商体验、内容理解、运营效率或用户洞察中的应用，愿意探索AI工具在实际业务场景中的创新价值； 6、对用户体验和产品细节敏感，具备一定的项目推进意识和解决方案设计能力，能够在指导下承担模块化工作，并主动复盘、总结和沉淀。
