1、参与品类活动和IP活动的全流程执行，包括前期市场及产品活动调研，并协助制定活动方案； 2、支持活动落地执行，负责物料准备、跨部门沟通协调、活动进度跟进，并及时反馈和排查问题；撰写面向C端用户的营销文案，例如活动slogan、推广文案等，并协助增加活动在达人联盟的曝光及达人参与度；整理活动复盘数据，协助完成活动总结，为后续活动优化提供支持； 3、开展平台流量工具效率分析，制定流量分配方案，跟踪工具使用率，量化分析流量支持效果及工具赋能价值，提出优化建议以提升使用率，并形成数据报告； 4、对货品进行多维度分析，包括销量、客单价、销售曲线、复购率等，提炼优质商品组合的特征； 5、协助品类中台团队进行日常数据整理、清洗和归档，确保数据准确性和完整性；与商家运营经理沟通协作，围绕商家激励和流量支持开展工作以推动行业销售增长；基于商家需求和数据洞察参与策略优化讨论，提出有针对性的优化方向和初步建议，并协助撰写和更新策略方案、SOP文档及其他材料，支持行业中台运营体系的落地执行。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备数据分析相关实习经验； 3、熟练掌握SQL及Excel； 4、英语达到CET-6级，具备读写能力； 5、实习时长需超过3个月； 6、每周到岗5天。
