1、负责国际电商C端用户全链路购物体验产品设计与迭代，覆盖国际化用户浏览、搜索、选品、下单、支付、售后、复购等业务场景，聚焦不同国家用户的消费习惯差异，打造适配本地化的极致购物产品体验； 2、深度落地AI智能化产品能力，主导AI能力在C端核心功能的产品规划与迭代，结合大模型能力优化用户购物决策链路； 3、通过用户调研、业务反馈、数据复盘挖掘C端用户核心需求，定义用户增长、转化、留存等业务核心指标，抽象用户业务模块，输出完整的产品策略、功能方案、算法落地思路，依托AI数据分析模型精准定位体验痛点； 4、独立完成产品原型设计、需求文档撰写，协同研发、UI/UX、数据、算法团队落地AI功能与常规产品迭代，通过数据监测、效果复盘评估产品收益，持续优化用户体验，沉淀C端产品迭代方法论。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、对电商、AI感兴趣，具备基础数据分析能力，可依托数据、AI工具挖掘用户需求，擅长以数据驱动产品迭代、体验优化，有AI产品、用户体验相关项目经历者优先； 3、拥有逻辑思维、用户同理心和创新思维，善于洞察国际化用户差异化需求，敢于尝试新技术落地产品创新； 4、沟通协作能力、自我驱动力强，结果导向，能够高效协同跨团队推进项目落地，对产品数据和用户结果负责。
