日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责电商推荐产品，优化电商推荐策略，极致优化推荐效率和用户体验； 2、深入挖掘用户需求，设计对用户长期价值和业务生态有收益的推荐策略； 3、与行业、技术等团队紧密合作，完成需求分析、方案设计，并推进推荐策略迭代、落地； 4、国际化本地化策略迭代，能够针对不同国家用户需求和商家经营差异制定相应优化策略。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、可长期实习的优先； 3、具备较强的数据敏感度和分析能力，有数据分析基础优先； 4、具备良好的结构化思考、沟通协作和项目推进能力，自驱细致，执行力强； 5、关注电商和推荐产品动态，掌握市场调研、需求文档和专题分析材料撰写，沉淀可复用的分析结论。
