1、与内部产品、运营、数据等团队合作以及外部商家、创作者协作，持续优化TikTok Shop整体产品的营销策略； 2、与跨团队合作，通过内容可视化等方式，对多来源信息进行精简整合，转化为面向市场的故事，并完成多渠道的产品能力推广； 3、深入了解适用于所在领域用户的营销渠道及内容标准，并持续利用数据优化策略，并提出产品优化建议。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、精通英语，且掌握欧洲、亚太、中东的一门小语种语言者优先；拥有产品运营、产品营销或内容营销相关经验，有电商/消费科技工作经验者优先； 3、能持续深入了解所在领域及地区的产品用户，可以从营销角度理解并深入掌握产品功能、用户体验、商业价值及市场影响； 4、擅长故事构建与讲述，能将复杂背景转化为多种形式的有吸引力的内容，熟练掌握图片、音视频编辑技能者更佳；掌握基本的数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL者更佳； 5、能在快速变化的环境中高效工作、灵活适应并达成目标；具备出色的沟通、协作及项目管理能力。
