1、参与全球物流网络的日常分析与规划工作，梳理仓储、运输、配送等环节的基础数据与业务现状，为仓网规划和运营决策提供支持； 2、参与仓网布局、线路调整、库存与时效等规划优化项目，将成本、时效、服务体验等因素拆解为结构化分析问题，输出分析结论和方案建议； 3、使用Excel、SQL、Python等工具开展数据处理、建模与指标分析，支持需求预测、运量拆分、产能利用率、履约稳定性等核心指标的监控、复盘与预警； 4、尝试引入人工智能、优化模型、规则引擎等能力，协助搭建网络规划和质量诊断的分析框架与工具，提升分析效率和方案落地效果； 5、协同部门关键合作方定位业务问题，跟进方案试点与效果评估，并持续关注全球供应链、跨境电商、国际化仓、智能物流、供应链数字化及网络优化等领域的发展趋势。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，物流工程、工业工程、供应链管理、运筹学、数学、统计学、计算机科学、数据科学等相关专业优先； 2、具备Python、R、SQL、Excel等工具使用经验，能够使用编程方式开展数据分析、建模或简单优化，参与过商业分析、供应链建模等相关项目者优先； 3、了解线性规划、整数规划、启发式算法、元启发式算法、仿真分析等方法，熟练应用过LP、MIP求解器，或熟悉离散事件仿真、蒙特卡洛模拟等方法者优先； 4、了解人工智能、机器学习在运力预测、异常识别、质量监控等场景中的应用，参与过物流网络规划、仓库布局优化、运输优化等相关项目者优先； 5、具备较强的逻辑思维、问题拆解能力和英文口语、阅读与写作能力，能够将复杂业务问题转化为结构化分析方案并形成清晰结论，有全球供应链、跨境电商、国际物流、制造业供应链相关实习经验者优先。
