1、负责国际电商产品工作，包括但不限于用户购物功能和体验，商家/达人经营工具和策略，平台供求匹配策略等； 2、结合业务反馈和用户体验调研，定义业务核心指标和迭代方向，产出产品方案，包括但不限于抽象产品业务模块的设计、产品策略、算法模型的应用和落地； 3、根据产品效果以及业务发展状况分析，设计产品原型，撰写需求文档，不断改进产品； 4、协同研发、设计、数据等团队落地方案，基于数据评估和收益，持续获取认知和进一步迭代； 5、结合国际电商业务场景，探索算法模型及AI能力在产品体验、经营工具、供需匹配等方向的落地应用，推动“AI+产品”的融合创新。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、经济学、运筹学、计算机、营销相关专业优先； 2、具备数据分析能力，能够以数据驱动进行产品需求发现、改进和完善； 3、优秀的逻辑思维能力、沟通能力和自我驱动能力； 4、优秀的组织和协作能力，自驱力强，结果导向，为结果负责； 5、对AI/大模型等前沿技术保持关注和学习热情，具备将AI能力转化为产品价值的意识者优先。
