日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、理解不明确的业务、产品及用户问题，并运用先进的科学技术手段寻找解决方案； 2、识别关键趋势、模式和机会，以推动电商数据产品的采纳、用户参与以及增量影响； 3、开展A/B测试和复杂实验（双边实验、网络效应等）； 4、与关键业务相关方紧密合作，优化整体衡量策略与设计。

1、本科及以上学历在读，经济学、统计学、应用数学、计算机等专业背景优先； 2、有相关战略/经营分析/策略类等实习经验优先，数据敏感性好、对业务场景分析有强烈兴趣，有一定商业分析经验者，会用SQL语句者优先； 3、有自驱力，沟通表达能力优、快速学习能力强、协调推动能力好。
