1、协助法国商城日常运营，包括商城首页走查体验评估、活动配置、频道配置及其他影响商城用户感受、提升GMV的运营事项； 2、关注法国市场热点、节日节点、消费习惯及本地流行趋势，支持选品与活动策划； 3、协助对接行业AM及各中台团队，跟进运营事项推进与问题反馈； 4、整理运营数据与活动反馈，协助团队掌握基础业务表现。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、法语能力良好，能够阅读法语资料并进行基础沟通，有法国学习、生活或交换经历优先； 3、了解法国文化、消费习惯和本地生活方式，对法国市场有兴趣，能够给到适配本地的洞察反馈； 4、对电商、商城运营感兴趣，有电商或商城运营实习经验优先； 5、细心负责，执行力强，能处理日常运营中的细节工作，具备基础的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel等数据分析工具； 6、每周可实习4天，连续实习3个月优先。
