日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助团队开展内部业务扫描研究：分析电商内部业务发展现状，挖掘业务痛点并总结问题的归因，输出完整的研究观点和判断，协助团队制定有效的解决方案； 2、数据分析：包括经营分析、运营等业务数据整理等，并根据数据分析结果产出见解结论，为战略方向及业务策略制定提供数据支持； 3、将研究和分析以结构化的文档呈现，输出观点和判断，协助业务团队的策略输出； 4、其他内部运营向工作，如协助项目执行、进度追踪、文档管理、信息汇总等。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有咨询公司或策略/数据分析的实习经验优先，对策略运营工作有热情且具备扎实的数据分析和调研能力，包括构建分析框架、数据分析、清晰表达分析逻辑和观点、结构化地撰写文档，细心严谨，有数据背景或者SQL技能加分； 3、对国际电商市场有较高的热情、敏感度和好奇心，具备学习能力和探索精神； 4、拥有逻辑思维能力、自驱力和主动性，以及良好的团队沟通和合作能力； 5、能熟练用英语沟通表达。
