日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助TTS流量中台增长团队推动国际化内容场短视频的增长工作，目标是提升商品在内容场的交易GMV及转化效率，具体工作包括但不限于围绕平台流量增长及转化需求，协助团队进行产品配置、策略运营、达人触达、货盘入池配置、国家侧各类活动协同落地等； 2、数据收集与分析：协助开展基础数据分析工作，通过对商品和视频数据的整理和分析，发现人群、商品及视频趋势和问题，进行精细化运营并输出成果； 3、其他工作：协助完成运营团队安排的其他临时性工作，如文档整理、会议安排、资料翻译等，确保运营工作的顺利进行。

1、本科及以上学历在读，理工科类相关专业优先； 2、具备一定的数据分析能力，可根据运营数据调整优化策略；英语听说读写流利； 3、熟悉短视频平台规则和玩法，具备基本的跨境电商运营常识；对跨境电商或国际化短视频内容生态感兴趣，有国际化短视频运营经验或跨境电商实习经历者优先； 4、有良好的沟通能力与执行力，能高效配合团队开展工作；工作积极主动，有较强的责任心； 5、每周可实习5天，可以实习2个月及以上。
