日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、深度参与TikTok国际电商商家资质审核与上标评估体系的研究、优化与建设，包括商家入驻资质校验、类目准入审核、商家标签（上标/摘标）评定等核心审核模块，真实接触平台如何“审商家、管资质、控风险”； 2、负责商家资质材料的结构化审核与判断，通过多维数据比对与外部信息核验，对商家主体真实性、经营资质合规性、品牌授权链路完整性等进行准确评估； 3、协助搭建并维护商家审核相关的规则体系与标准化流程，包括审核SOP、判定标准、异常案例库等，提升审核一致性与效率； 4、参与搭建基于AI Agent的智能审核能力，探索将大模型应用于资质自动识别、风险预判、批量审核提效等场景，推动审核流程自动化与智能化升级； 5、与商家运营、合规团队、行业团队、区域业务等多方协作，推动审核策略在不同市场的本地化落地与持续迭代。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备扎实的逻辑思维与细节判断能力； 3、有电商/合规审核/风控/商业分析相关经验者优先；对数据敏感，具备较强的信息核验与数据处理能力，熟悉Excel/SQL等工具者加分； 4、对AI/大模型应用有浓厚兴趣，了解AI Agent、Prompt Engineering或自动化工作流搭建者优先；有使用GPT/Claude/扣子等工具构建业务自动化流程的实践经验加分； 5、具备良好的中英文沟通能力，能够理解并处理跨市场、跨文化的商家资质与合规信息； 6、工作细致、责任心强，能保持判断准确性与效率平衡；每周可实习5天，可持续4个月及以上。
