日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助经营管理团队展开数据分析、专项复盘和内部业务管理，包括但不限于业务趋势分析和指标下钻、数据收集整理与解读等； 2、关注宏观市场，持续跟进业务重点策略动作，结合内外部信息及洞察，定期参与业务规划等战略制定工作； 3、研究业务重点发展方向的课题，包括不限于用户、产品、商品、类目等，综合内外部数据和研究手段，产出洞察建议并推动落地； 4、月度工单审批，支持业务更新迭代商家管理方式，优化内部管理流程。

1、本科及以上学历在读，理工科、商科等相关专业优先； 2、英语能作为工作语言； 3、有基础的数据分析、数据整理能力，能使用SQL、Python优先； 4、细心负责，耐心踏实，拥有较强的逻辑思维能力，以及良好的团队沟通和合作能力； 5、一周到岗4天以上，能连续实习4~6个月。
