1、负责国际电商达人生态产品体系搭建与迭代，覆盖达人入驻、账号运营、选品合作、佣金结算、达人等级体系、达人撮合匹配、达人成长激励等核心场景，完善平台达人商业生态； 2、落地达人生态AI智能化创新，主导AI能力在选品、诊断、内容优化、商家达人撮合等场景的产品设计与落地； 3、结合达人、商家、用户三方业务场景，拆解达人生态核心数据指标，梳理产品迭代方向，输出产品策略、模块设计与算法应用方案； 4、独立完成产品原型、需求文档输出，协同研发、算法、运营、数据团队落地迭代方案。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、对电商、AI感兴趣，具备良好的数据分析能力，熟悉AI工具应用、内容电商模式者优先； 3、逻辑思维清晰，善于生态化思考，具备较强的创新能力和问题解决能力，能够平衡多方业务需求； 4、沟通协作能力优秀，自驱力强，结果导向。
