1、大模型与个性化排序的技术创新：探索如何利用LLM增强对用户意图的深层理解，优化从召回到排序的全链路个性化体验，显著提升搜索效率和用户满意度，包括模型复杂化的Scaling Law、长序列建模、生成式搜索、Generator/Evaluator个性化混排、LLM Query理解/改写/生成、Agentic Search System探索等； 2、多模态搜索技术的创新与应用：融合文本、图像、视频等多模态信息，构建统一的理解与表征模型、语义量化方案，探索多模态与效率模型CoTrain的技术创新； 3、深入参与搜索产品的需求设计，围绕商品、视频、直播等不同体裁从前端样式到引擎服务和算法设计，从新品冷启动、用户复购到供给建模，全链路探索多体裁、多目标的搜索系统建设，持续提升产品体验。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，人工智能、计算机、自动化、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、在人工智能领域会议上有发表一作论文或有ACM/ICPC、NOI/IOI、TopCoder、Kaggle等比赛获奖者优先； 3、有扎实的机器学习/深度学习算法基础和代码能力，熟练C/C++或Python； 4、具备自驱型工作特质，对技术有执着的追求和热爱；优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，有良好的沟通表达能力和团队精神。
