1、团队主要负责国际电商全球多区域，包括美国、欧洲、拉美、东南亚等区域的智能营销、用户增长等业务，对电商规模以及用户规模负责； 2、建立用户全生命周期数据和价值体系，解决电商用户增长中的各种核心痛点和业务问题； 3、参与搭建业界先进的在线营销推理算法引擎，打通搜索、推荐、营销场域信号，突破各域独立决策到多域联合决策； 4、负责国际化电商的用户增长和智能营销的业务优化，通过算法优化业务主要预算花钱钱效，包括补贴分发、商品定价、预算分配、流量策略等补贴效率以及流量效率优化业务，促进电商GMV增长。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，人工智能、机器学习、计算机、数学、运筹学相关专业优先； 2、有扎实的算法和数据结构基础，优秀的编码能力； 3、学习能力强，对事物保有好奇心，良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力； 4、有扎实的机器学习算法基础，熟悉机器学习、深度学习、因果推断、强化学习中一项或多项；

加分项： 1、在AI领域顶级会议/期刊上发表过论文，或参加ACM/机器学习类竞赛并获得过好名次的优先； 2、有用户增长、智能营销，广告等相关领域研究或者项目实践，有LTV预估、Uplift、运筹规划、序列建模、多场景建模优化等经验的优先。
