1、深度聚焦美国电商业务的物流需求，结合市场动态、行业趋势与客户反馈，开展全方位的业务经营分析与诊断，定期组织多维度复盘会议，精准识别业务痛点，推动物流业务流程、运营模式的持续优化与迭代，助力提升整体业务效能； 2、针对美国不同区域的物流市场环境，全面梳理各物流环节的成本构成，通过精准的成本核算、对标分析与趋势预测，为部门提供具有前瞻性和可操作性的成本分析洞察与决策建议，有效支撑成本优化策略的制定与实施； 3、负责供应商的全生命周期管理，建立科学完善的供应商评价体系，涵盖服务质量、成本效益、响应速度等核心指标，结合评价结果，完善惩罚考核机制，通过动态跟踪与持续沟通，推动供应商降本增效与服务质量提升，构建长期稳定的合作关系； 4、积极主动对接上下游协同部门，建立高效的跨部门协作机制，深入开展行业分析与市场调研，输出具有深度的行业分析报告与业务策略建议，并全程跟踪策略的落地实施过程，及时协调解决问题，确保策略有效执行； 5、具备物流成本相关产品能力建设经验，熟悉成本逻辑与优化流程，有产品需求分析、方案设计与迭代落地经验，能独立推进产品建设与跨部门协作，支撑降本策略落地。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上经营分析、战略规划或相关领域工作经验，具备丰富的商业分析与决策支持经验； 2、拥有供应链或物流领域具体项目经验，熟悉电商物流运作流程，对东南亚电商行业发展有深入研究，了解当地政策法规、市场特点及消费者需求； 3、具备结构化思维与逻辑分析能力，能够清晰拆解复杂业务问题，制定详细的数据分析框架与方案；熟练运用数据分析工具（如Excel、SQL、Tableau等），具备从数据中提取关键信息并转化为业务策略的能力； 4、工作责任心强，具有强烈的担当意识与主动精神，好奇心驱动，善于洞察业务本质与市场变化；具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神，能够在跨部门协作中有效推动工作进展； 5、具备英语书写与交流能力，能够熟练运用英语进行商务沟通、编撰书面报告及对接国际业务，满足跨境业务的语言需求。
