日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责搜索与货盘营销增长相关工作，支持印尼市场TikTok Shop，参与搜索营销、搜索策略等专项落地，协助完成活动配置、素材对接、流程推进与上线； 2、负责数据复盘与策略优化相关工作，完成搜索营销数据整理，协助做好效果复盘、问题定位、效率诊断，支撑策略迭代与优化； 3、负责资源与协同管理相关工作，参与营销资源监控，跟进跨团队协作事项，提升资源利用率和协同效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有跨境电商实习经历或搜索产品运营长期实习经验优先； 3、具备数据敏感度，熟练使用Excel和函数逻辑； 4、英语读写流利；能快速理解跨境电商英语； 5、细心靠谱、执行力强，多任务处理能力好，沟通清晰，有强烈责任心与主人翁精神。
