日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助产品经理进行业务与用户数据分析、市场调研、产品分析及产品机会识别； 2、协助梳理产品需求、撰写产品文档、跟进实验，并进行上线后的效果分析； 3、跟踪核心用户体验和转化指标，总结洞察，识别可落地的优化机会； 4、协同产品、运营、数据科学、设计、研发及区域团队等相关方推进项目； 5、支持定期项目进展同步、会议事项跟进、文档沉淀及团队其他重点工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，商业、经济、计算机、统计、心理学或其他相关专业优先； 2、每周可实习至少4天，持续4–6个月，可长期实习者优先，具备较强的数据分析和结构化解决问题能力，能够从数据中提炼可行动的结论； 3、具备良好的沟通能力和跨团队协作能力； 4、英语能力良好，能够适应国际化、跨职能的工作环境； 5、积极主动、认真负责、注重细节，能够处理多项任务； 6、有产品管理、战略分析、数据分析、用户研究或电商相关实习经验者优先，掌握SQL或其他数据分析工具者优先。
