日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、机构建联：协助建联、对接机构，维护机构与平台稳定合作，跟进合作进度； 2、数据运营：负责机构日常数据整理与分析（GMV、选品匹配率等），输出运营报告； 3、货品撮合：基于商家需求与机构资源，参与选品匹配及供应链协调，推动合作落地； 4、活动支持：协助策划机构培训会、商家对接会等，提升机构服务效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，市场营销、国际商务、英语等相关专业优先； 2、英语读写可以正常沟通，包括但不限于邮件、社交媒体及日常工作交流； 3、具有相关数据能力，熟练掌握数据分析软件； 4、有BD和运营相关经验优先，能够快速适应美国市场的工作节奏与文化差异，具备较强的自我驱动力与问题解决能力； 5、每周可实习至少4天，可以实习3个月以上。
