日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、探索大语言模型（LLM）与智能体（AI Agents）在数据分析、归因、业务诊断及其他分析工作流中的应用； 2、参与智能体工作流建设并运用相关能力，具体包括：上下文与会话管理、工具调用与可复用技能、多步任务执行、子代理协作、任务状态与结果管理； 3、将现有分析方法、SQL查询、Python脚本及业务知识转化为可复用的智能体能力； 4、为智能体（Agents）搭建评估框架，涵盖评估集、指标、误差分析及结果归因等内容； 5、分析智能体的执行轨迹与日志，以排查与准确性、可靠性及效率相关的问题； 6、对不同模型、提示词、上下文策略及智能体工作流进行实验，并结合数据对其效果进行评估，同时研究大语言模型（LLM）/智能体（Agent）产品及开源项目，将相关设计模式应用于实际业务场景。

1、本科及以上学历在读，数据科学、计算机科学、统计学、数学、人工智能或相关专业； 2、精通Vibe coding与设计；具备扎实的分析能力，能够识别问题、提出假设并通过数据进行验证，对大语言模型（LLM）与智能体（AI Agents）有浓厚兴趣，对提示工程、上下文、工具调用等相关概念具备基础认知； 3、学习能力强，愿意研读技术文档、研究开源代码。
