1、打造面向软件研发的LLM原生生产力工具：深入真实工程链路，把LLM能力“嵌进”开发者日常使用工具里，包括但不限于代码托管、代码分析、IDE/插件、CI/CD、代码评审等，让AI成为能理解代码库、参与决策、自动执行、可被验证的研发伙伴； 2、建设企业级LLM应用研发基础设施：参与从0到1搭建LLM应用开发“高速公路”，统一接入、多模型编排、权限与审计、Prompt/工具管理、评测与回归、灰度与发布等能力，让业务团队可以像调用基础服务一样稳定地调用AI能力，做到可控、可观测、可扩展； 3、围绕真实场景做推理优化：缓存与路由、并发与限流、流式输出、批处理、上下文压缩、检索与重排、质量/成本/延迟三角权衡等；你的工作会直接影响系统的P99延迟、吞吐、稳定性和每次调用成本； 4、参与构建服务的可靠性体系：可观测性（Tracing/Metric/Logging）、故障定位、容量规划、压测与降级、SLA保证、自动化回归评测，让LLM应用从Demo走向生产级系统。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等专业优先； 2、扎实的软件工程基础，熟练掌握C/C++/Golang/Java/Python至少一门； 3、学习能力强、好奇心旺盛，愿意快速进入新领域并把东西实现出来； 4、理解研发全生命周期工具链（代码托管、构建、测试、发布、IDE等）者优先；了解LLM应用研发技术栈（推理服务、RAG/向量检索、工具调用、评测体系等）者加分。
