日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与TRAE产品与技术体系的持续演进，共同打造覆盖办公与研发场景的端到端智能协作平台； 2、以全栈视角参与AI产品的探索与开发，覆盖AI Native交互、Agent、上下文工程、工具调用、服务编排及基础框架等方向； 3、与产品、设计、算法及工程团队协作，参与功能从需求探索、技术设计、开发验证到上线迭代的完整过程。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、理解计算机原理，有良好的数据结构和算法基础，有扎实的编程能力； 3、具备强烈的好奇心和快速学习能力，有良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作能力； 4、掌握JavaScript／TypeScript，熟悉React或Vue等Web开发主流框架，关注前端前沿趋势。

有以下经验者加分： 1、使用过TRAE／Claude Code／Codex等AI产品并提交过反馈； 2、GitHub有前端项目／开源贡献； 3、参与过编程竞赛或黑客马拉松。
