1、负责成长体系的搭建，统筹局内外能力及资源投放，规划玩家短中长线目标追求及基于不同活跃/付费能力的分层体验把控； 2、负责开放经济交易系统框架搭建及理论模型设计，把控经济循环处于良性、可持续状态； 3、协作战斗/关卡模块，深度参与数值体系搭建、构筑规划及能力设计、战斗单元的数值平衡及可玩性； 4、负责商业化、匹配、社交、目标感等核心系统方向设计。

1、五年以上系统/数值策划工作经验，完整担任过至少一款游戏的核心数值框架搭建工作，有成功上市产品经验者优先； 2、熟悉主流的游戏经济和战斗数值结构，尤其对至少一款自由交易型游戏的经济循环及物价控制有深入理解； 3、较强的数值建模、分析能力及逻辑思维能力； 4、热爱射击游戏，熟悉主流射击游戏玩法优先； 5、具有良好的团队合作意识和协作能力，对负责方向有高标准要求。
