1、洞察兴趣人群与趋势：结合用户行为、内容消费和互动数据，识别前沿兴趣趋势及圈层潜力主题玩法，挖掘用户在表达、交流和参与方面的真实诉求； 2、策划圈层运营玩法：围绕圈层兴趣与社区定位，设计话题、活动、挑战赛等运营玩法，提升用户参与和互动，带动优质内容供给； 3、挖掘和运营核心用户：识别具备影响力、组织力和创作潜力的核心用户，探索核心用户带动用户持续参与的运营方式； 4、推动策略落地与迭代：协同产品、内容及行业等团队，推动运营策略落地，结合用户反馈和效果数据快速验证、发现问题并持续优化。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、对内容社区、兴趣文化和人与人之间的连接有好奇心；具备较强的用户洞察和内容敏感度，能够理解用户心理、发现热点及兴趣趋势，并拆解优质内容和社区现象背后的逻辑； 3、具备良好的系统思维和数据意识，能够快速吸收信息，从用户视角发现问题、形成判断并提出创新解法； 4、自驱力、执行力和协作能力强，目标导向，能够在不确定环境中主动发起、推动并落地一件事；有社交媒体、内容平台、兴趣社区或用户运营相关实践经历者优先。
