日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与UGC内容理解建设，负责内容定性定量评估，协助完成内容质量、模型理解效果等相关评估工作，输出客观评估结果，为策略优化提供依据； 2、负责评估相关数据的提取、清洗、整理分析，通过SQL等工具挖掘数据背后的问题，结合数据分析与定性结果，形成基础分析结论定位问题与解法； 3、配合团队推动平台能力建设，梳理业务场景下的功能需求并同步至相关对接方，全程跟进需求落地进度； 4、收集记录各方反馈的业务问题，跟踪问题处理流程，协助定位问题根源并推动解决，保障业务顺畅推进。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、数据分析、统计学、新闻传播等相关专业优先； 2、能保证6个月及以上全职实习，稳定性强，具备优秀的内容理解与判断能力，熟悉短视频平台内容生态，对用户需求与偏好、内容生态等有一定敏感度； 3、掌握基础的定性定量分析方法，逻辑思维清晰，能独立完成简单的数据分析、问题拆解工作； 4、熟练使用SQL进行数据查询、筛选、聚合分析，熟练运用Excel进行数据处理者优先； 5、工作认真靠谱，责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力和问题解决能力，执行力强，能高效配合团队完成目标。
