日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、喜欢攀岩运动，能够基于用户洞察，策划有趣的话题活动； 2、基于站内爆款内容提炼和总结爆款方式，帮助用户提升内容消费数据； 3、有一定BD能力，基于平台活动拓展岩馆、品牌等行业资源。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备用户运营、活动运营、营销传播相关实习经验； 3、具备较强的用户洞察力，能够深度理解用户行为和背后动机，通过内容话题、活动等牵引用户表达； 4、善于沟通，具备良好的跨部门协作能力及较高的执行力，主动进行内外部沟通，思维活跃； 5、个人是攀岩运动爱好者。
