日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：我们为抖音UGC的交流活跃与氛围负责，通过激发用户分享其兴趣爱好、衣食住行真实生活，逐渐构建真诚互动、具有一定利他性的UGC内容生态。团队组成多元，有成员通过敏锐的用户洞察做产品创新，有成员凭借对内容风向的前瞻判断造圈层趋势，有成员在字节跳动丰富的大模型资源之上推动策略创新。欢迎大家与我们一起，以内容和兴趣连接人与人，建设抖音的竞争优势与壁垒。

1、负责抖音二次元游戏内容运营，筛选优质二次创作、测评、角色向内容，验证内容爆款潜力与规模化落地空间；覆盖开放世界、二次元卡牌、漫改IP、乙女向等主流二次元游戏品类； 2、负责二次元创作者全生命周期运营，挖掘引进画师、COSER、游戏KOC等垂类创作者，分层维护并落地活动激励；对创作者体量、内容活跃度、投稿量核心数据负责； 3、捕捉二次元圈层及平台流量热点，拆解爆款内容逻辑；沉淀二次元垂类运营方法论，复刻优质内容模型放大大盘流量； 4、洞察ACG圈层文化与二次元玩家需求，明确板块运营方向；补齐垂类内容供给，策划同人征集、圈层话题活动，提升玩家平台粘性； 5、监控二次元游戏内容大盘数据，通过话题运营、创作者流量扶持等策略，提升内容曝光、用户投稿与创作者转化效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、实习3个月及以上；深度热爱二次元文化及二次元游戏，熟悉ACG同人、漫展圈层；有二次元创作者/二次创作内容运营相关实习经验优先； 3、高频使用抖音，熟悉短视频平台规则；具备优秀的二次元垂类内容网感，紧跟圈层热点趋势； 4、逻辑清晰、目标感强，擅长数据复盘，可沉淀二次元创作者孵化、圈层精细化运营可复用策略； 5、善于沟通对接圈层创作者，用户维护能力强；适配实习节奏。
