日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、深入参与电商导购场景里的直播间、店铺用户体验设计，可以独立承担从需求分析、简单交互设计到视觉UI输出的全流程工作； 2、配合团队进行用户研究和产品分析，挖掘设计机会点，并持续优化用户体验； 3、与产品、研发紧密合作，确保设计方案高效落地，并进行数据驱动的效果跟进和迭代，保障线上产品的基础体验问题。

1、本科及以上学历在读，工业设计、平面设计、服务设计等设计类专业背景； 2、能够熟练掌握并运用体验设计方法论，美术功底扎实，UI打磨细致，能够独立完成设计稿产出； 3、审美好，对设计趋势敏感且对新设计领域充满好奇心；热爱设计、同理心强，擅长站在用户视角精益求精的对待设计方案；具备较好的设计创新意识；具备较强的逻辑思维能力，对数据敏感，具备一定的数据分析能力，善于从用户行为中洞察产品体验问题； 4、在校期间有完整参与过大型课题项目设计，或者参与过校企合作项目； 5、熟练掌握Figma等设计工具；对AI热情高了解度高，了解市面的AI工具和差异，能够运用AI能力产出设计作品；有实习经验优先；电商、外卖、本地生活等交易类业务实习经验优先； 6、主动沟通意识好，具备良好的团队协作意识，能够快速适应商业设计的要求；善于思考，敢于多想一步的发现问题，对自我成长有清晰的目标。
