1、定义AiOS新一代视觉语言体系，负责建立面向AI原生产品的视觉设计框架，包括Design System、Typography、Iconography、Color System、Layout、Component等基础能力建设，打造统一、灵活且可持续演进的设计体系； 2、探索未来智能产品体验设计，深度参与AI、手机OS、多设备协同等产品方向的UI/Visual Design，从概念探索、体验定义到最终上线，推动高品质视觉体验落地； 3、推动跨团队体验一致性，与UX、Motion、产品、研发团队紧密协作，将视觉策略、交互逻辑和动态表达统一到完整体验中，提升产品整体品质； 4、建设并推动设计系统规模化应用，负责Design System的持续演进，包括组件体系、设计规范、设计Token、多端适配等能力建设，推动其在不同业务和产品线中的应用； 5、沉淀AI时代设计方法论，持续关注AI产品趋势、用户反馈与体验数据，探索新的视觉表达方式，并形成可复用的设计原则和方法体系。

1、具备优秀的审美修养和设计能力，设计相关学科背景本科及以上学历； 2、5年以上用户体验设计相关经验，有成熟项目经历及作品； 3、具备设计驱动能力，可带动相关伙伴推进业务进展； 4、具备良好的需求分析能力、团队协作能力，善于沟通表达，乐于分享，保持乐观开放的工作心态； 5、具备系统思维和用户同理心，拥有成熟的设计表现技能，对设计趋势有敏锐洞察力，可积极探索创新解决方案并推动落地； 6、对AI产品设计有兴趣，有手机OS产品设计经验者优先。
