1、负责Design Lab/Ecosystem的视觉设计语言定义，建立统一、可扩展的视觉体系，主导Design System、Typography、Icon、Color、Layout、Component等基础能力建设； 2、参与AI、手机OS、跨设备产品的UI设计，从概念探索到线上落地把控整体品质； 3、与UX、Motion、工程团队协作，保障视觉策略、交互逻辑与动效表达一致； 4、推动设计系统在不同产品线和团队中的使用、演进与维护，提升产品一致性和品质感； 5、关注设计趋势、用户反馈与产品数据，持续优化视觉体验并沉淀设计方法论。

1、5年以上UI/Visual Design经验，设计相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、具备优秀的审美、视觉表现能力和细节把控能力，有成熟C端产品作品； 3、主导或深度参与过Design System搭建、升级或多端适配，有Token/Component/Guideline经验优先； 4、熟悉手机OS、系统产品、AI产品或复杂C端产品设计； 5、具备系统思维和设计推动能力，能把视觉规范从设计稿推进到工程落地； 6、善于沟通协作，能与产品、研发、交互、动效团队共同解决体验问题，保持对前沿视觉趋势、AI产品体验和设计工具演进的持续关注。
