日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动用户增长（User Growth）负责抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、剪映等多个产品的用户增长业务，建立行业领先的增长和营销技术，打造极致的用户体验。加入我们，有机会参与亿级用户场景的开发与架构工作，也有机会从数据出发，利用策略和模型为业务带来更大的助力。

1、负责字节跳动产品的智能广告创意，为抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、西瓜视频等产品实现用户增长的目标；探索应用DiffusionModel，GPT，CV/NLP在营销场景/短视频/小说领域实现对广告文案、视频、图片等素材进行内容理解并高质量生成投放竞争力素材； 2、自动化素材生产平台的算法能力优化，拆解起量创意进行创意洞察，视频智能剪辑，内容优选，并以数据驱动的方式，优化素材投前、投中环节的效果； 3、调研业界创意、多模态及Generative AI方向最新技术，落地应用并提升广告创意理解、自动生成和优化等场景的效果。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、具有扎实的机器学习基础，在Diffusion Model、GAN、VAE、图像及视频生成/编辑、多模态内容理解等至少一个领域有开发经验的优先；在NLP方向：熟悉文本理解、生成等NLP算法，有GPT类模型优化及应用的实践经验优先；数理功底扎实，自学能力强； 3、工程能力强，熟练掌握Python/C++语言，有成功的项目经验；熟悉常见的机器学习和深度学习算法，熟练使用至少一种深度学习框架，如PyTorch、TensorFlow、MXNet等； 4、优秀的理解沟通能力，能快速理解业务背景，对数据敏感，崇尚数据说话，深信数据在驱动业务、支撑决策上的价值； 5、专业领域有以下任意即可： 1）图像生成领域掌握基本原理并有相关实践：StableDiffusion，Video Diffusion，Lora，GAN，3D视觉等相关技术，能够综合运用各类算法实现特定功能； 2）多模态内容理解：了解文本，图像，视频的多模态表征方式，在模态对齐，模态融合，预训练等方向有深刻理解，在VQA，视频搜索，Video Caption等方向有过实践经验； 3）大语言模型：了解大模型预训练技术和NLP生成任务，对LLM的SFT，RLHF等技术方向有过实践，用于广告文案等文本内容生成和改写； 4）广告投放：素材优选和投放效果预估，投前素材的召回，粗排，精排等广告投放相关任务。
