日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动用户增长（User Growth）负责抖音、今日头条、番茄小说等多个产品的用户增长业务，建立行业领先的增长和营销技术，打造极致的用户体验。加入我们，有机会参与亿级用户场景的开发与架构工作，也有机会从数据出发，利用策略和模型为业务带来更大的助力。

1、参与字节跳动用户行为的理解和建模，帮助业务洞察用户需求，促进业务增长； 2、基于用户数据和业务数据，深度参与各业务线增长的离线、实时数据仓库建设工作； 3、面向PB级超大规模数据问题，处理亿级增量的用户行为数据，对数据质量和赋能业务的效率负责； 4、参与构建设计良好的数据流、数据仓库、数据服务，构建流程规范和数据工具/产品，保证系统稳定高效运行，以实现数据的最大价值。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、数据等相关专业优先； 2、扎实的计算机编程能力，会使用SQL，掌握C/C++、Java、Python、Scala中任意一门编程语言； 3、熟悉数据仓库实施方法论、了解数据仓库体系优先； 4、熟悉大数据集、分布式计算工具（Map/Reduce、Hadoop、Hive、Spark、Flink等）的应用和基本原理优先； 5、有过数据治理，数据挖掘，BI，算法等大数据相关项目/实习经验优先； 6、每周可实习4天以上，可实习5个月以上优先。
