1、负责字节跳动商业产品矩阵的多终端（抖音、今日头条、红果短剧等）广告产品业务相关设计工作； 2、承担系统性组件设计、业务线重点项目的视觉风格定义工作，可以指导团队完成视觉升级工作； 3、有成熟的设计思维，从业务诉求合理拆分为设计解法，并验证落地，具备框架抽象的能力； 4、能基于业务目标自驱挖掘痛点，结合技术与设计不断创新解决业务痛点； 5、善于处理和设计、产品、技术、测试等配合团队的沟通问题，高效推进方案落地。

1、本科及以上学历，设计相关专业，具备良好设计审美； 2、有良好的设计审美，表达准确，设计基本功扎实，具备定义视觉风格、创建设计规范； 3、拥有互联网产品用户体验设计经验及出色的交互设计和UI设计能力； 4、具有良好的业务理解力、逻辑思维能力、学习能力、沟通能力和协作能力，心态开放，责任感强； 5、有项目管理经验或团队管理经验优先。
