1、负责字节跳动飞书多维表格的体验设计设计工作：包括Web、iOS、iPadOS、Android端等，从设计策略到设计执行的全流程工作； 2、负责提供具备优质体验的整体设计解决方案，需和业务负责人、产品经理一起构思创意，评估需求； 3、负责产品体验的持续优化，时刻关注并分析行业设计趋势、洞察用户功能痛点、体验诉求、审美倾向等。

1、本科及以上学历，设计类、计算机科学相关专业，具有移动互联网设计经验优先； 2、具备成功商业化产品的项目经验与支付平台的设计方案落地经验，有项目管理、平台系统、BI等工具型产品、国际化产品设计经验者优先； 3、精通各类设计方法论并灵活应用，能自我洞察设计机会与价值点，有针对与杠杆性地提升产品体验； 4、有优秀的视觉设计表现能力，重视细节，追求像素级完美，深度理解Web、iOS、Android端的官方设计原则和规范； 5、具备较成熟的产品思维和较强的用户同理心，能深度参与用户研究、交互设计、设计原型开发的工作； 6、能独立操作项目的实施和运作，较强的沟通能力，能在复杂环境下推动设计全面落地。
