1、参与公司AI产品的语音交互设计工作；贴近业务，坚持用户视角，保证产品的流畅体验； 2、聚焦产品中的AI智能语音交互体验，打造自然的语音对话交互范式，让用户能与产品进行类人化的顺畅沟通； 3、关注产品数据，持续迭代产品功能点，跟进、分析行业变化； 4、与跨学科研究人员、工程师和设计师合作，提出创新的交互路径和方案并通过原型设计验证其有效性，推动设计从概念原型落地到产品上线。

1、3年以上从事VUI语音相关体验设计工作经验； 2、设计、人机交互或计算机学科类专业，本科及以上学历，有成熟作品； 3、有硬件产品和新交互模型的设计经验，熟悉语音交互设计规范和模式，关注设计细节，有成熟的交互见解； 4、能通过原型软件等工具来演示互动流程或交互路径； 5、有高标准的创新意识、能力、方法，对AI应用场景有强烈探索欲； 6、有至少一款对话类或AI产品的落地经验，需提供对话交互相关的设计作品集。
