日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、深入理解VLM在图像与视频理解、内容审核、具身智能、智能驾驶等场景中的用户需求，参与用户访谈与反馈分析，提炼典型任务、痛点及能力要求； 2、跟踪国内外主流VLM的能力进展与应用变化，从模型效果、推理成本、交互体验及场景适配等维度开展产品研究，输出有依据、有结论、有建议的分析报告； 3、参与视觉理解、空间推理与物理世界理解等方向的评测集建设，包括任务设计、数据筛选、评分标准制定与评测结果分析，使评测能够反映真实业务需求； 4、围绕具体模型问题，结合用户案例、模型输出及评测数据开展负面案例分析，区分模型能力、数据质量与评测链路问题，提出优化建议，并跟踪验证优化效果。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化、车辆工程及设计相关专业优先，专业不限； 2、了解大语言模型与视觉语言模型的基础概念，对图像、视频理解及AI产品应用有兴趣，愿意深入探索模型能力与真实场景之间的差距； 3、具备好奇心和同理心，能够通过倾听、观察和追问理解用户需求，并将场景问题转化为可分析、可验证的任务； 4、具备清晰的逻辑、良好的信息搜集与归纳分析能力，能够从零散反馈、模型回答和业务数据中提炼关键结论，并清楚表达判断依据； 5、做事主动、细致、有责任心，能够独立推进任务，及时沟通进展与问题； 6、每周可实习5天，持续3个月。

加分项 1、有具身智能、机器人、智能驾驶或自动驾驶相关实习、科研或项目经历，了解视觉感知、场景理解、空间推理、行为预测等任务中的一项或多项； 2、有VLM/多模态模型评测、Benchmark设计、数据标注与质量分析、负面案例归因等相关经验； 3、有用户访谈、产品分析或AI产品研究经历，能够将业务需求转化为评测指标与模型优化建议； 4、具备Python/SQL基础，能够处理评测数据、阅读基础日志，辅助定位问题与验证结论； 5、具备Claude Code、Codex等AI Agent工具的深度使用经验，了解工具调用、上下文管理等基本概念。
