日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助制作人，完成VR互动项目从策划到执行落地的全流程生产工作； 2、跟进外包环节产出，确保时间控制、人员安排、模块效果符合要求； 3、倾听用户反馈，挖掘用户需求，为内容项目迭代提供策略支持。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有较强的AIGC视频实操能力，熟练掌握至少2–3种主流AIGC图像/视频生成工具，有ComfyUI、工作流编排、多模型协同经验优先； 3、具备较好的内容审美和质量判断能力，对AI、影视、VR/XR、数字艺术等领域有较强兴趣和学习能力； 4、熟悉U3D、UE5引擎，动手能力强，有游戏策划相关经验优先； 5、优秀的沟通、人际关系和表达能力。
