日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际商业化产品与技术团队支持字节跳动国际短视频业务的广告产品与变现技术，我们负责end2end的大型广告系统建设，为客户提供商业推广方式与方案，覆盖字节跳动所有国际化用户产品，目前已在美国、加拿大、新加坡、欧洲、中东等国家和区域开展业务。我们的愿景是建立服务全球广告主的综合数字化营销服务平台，打造一体化广告平台，建联广告主、创作者及用户。在这里你将有机会开阔自己的国际化视野，接触到全球领先的商业产品架构、模型和算法，并有机会参与并推动互联网广告行业的创新和变革。

1、全球视角挖掘业务增长机会：深入调研全球Web类客户的营销诉求，关注国际化Meta/Youtube等产品平台的增长模式，基于数据驱动产品决策与市场洞察，持续探索Web Traffic业务增长机会点； 2、参与Web Traffic方向的产品策略与迭代：设计并优化广告模型、流量策略、广告样式与投放链路，优化广告效果，帮助广告主获取高价值站外流量； 3、数据分析和效果排查：通过数据分析、需求收集、用户反馈，发现并优化潜在需求，提出优化建议；对数据问题进行诊断和排查，解决数据披露上暴露的问题，增强客户信赖； 4、推动全球跨团队协作与产品落地：与算法、工程、销售、运营等团队紧密协作，确保产品功能按时、高质量上线；支持市场推广与销售策略，帮助团队达成业务目标。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具有互联网广告相关实习经验，有广告投放、数据归因相关实习经历； 3、具有良好的沟通表达和协调能力，擅长跨部门协作，有责任心； 4、具备敏锐的商业洞察力，自我驱动能力强，主动挖掘国际化市场需求，英语可作为工作语言； 5、具备流利地道的英语听说读写能力； 6、一周实习5天，Base地要求在北京。
