1、协助创建和优化游戏中的3D模型、材质、纹理等美术资源，确保资源在游戏引擎中的良好表现； 2、配合美术团队与开发团队，搭建并优化游戏场景，处理光照、阴影等渲染相关工作，提升画面质量； 3、参与开发和维护美术工作流程与工具，提高美术制作效率。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、数字媒体、动画设计等相关专业优先； 2、具备图形学基础知识，了解3D图形渲染的基本原理和应用； 3、具有美术基础，熟悉一种或多种DCC工具的使用，和相关的美术制作流程，包括但不限于：3ds Max、Maya、Blender、Houdini、Substance、Photoshop等； 4、掌握一种编程语言，有Shader编程经验，对线性代数、光学、力学、色彩等相关理论有一定了解和运用能力。

加分项： 1、提交游戏Demo、渲染作品、脚本工具或其他技术方案实现及文档； 2、可附上个人技术博客之类的链接。
