1、协助关卡策划负责人，参与游戏关卡的整体规划与设计，包括关卡布局、流程设计、难度梯度、场景交互、怪物配置、宝箱/任务触发等内容； 2、负责关卡相关文档的撰写与维护，如关卡设计文档、场景交互说明、怪物配置文档等，确保关卡设计逻辑清晰、可执行； 3、使用关卡编辑器进行基础关卡搭建、场景布置与调试，配合美术团队完成关卡场景的优化，确保关卡视觉与玩法适配； 4、参与关卡测试与验收，收集玩家反馈和测试数据，分析关卡设计中的问题，提出优化建议，调整关卡难度、流程节奏，提升玩家关卡体验； 5、配合战斗策划、数值策划，完成关卡与战斗、数值的适配，确保关卡玩法与游戏核心体验一致，丰富玩家游戏体验。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，游戏设计、数字媒体、建筑设计、动画等相关专业优先； 2、对游戏关卡设计有浓厚兴趣； 3、深度体验过各类包含关卡设计的游戏（如RPG、动作、解谜、冒险类等），能清晰分析不同游戏关卡的设计逻辑、难度把控、流程节奏，具备良好的关卡敏感度； 4、具备较强的空间思维、创意能力和细节把控能力，能独立完成基础关卡的设计与搭建，有一定的审美能力； 5、学习能力强，能快速掌握关卡编辑器的使用方法，具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作意识，工作认真负责，有耐心。
